Data processed

We may process your name, contact details, delivery or collection address, billing and company details, request content, container or waste-bin choices, order references and payment status.

When you use the website or app, technical data may also be recorded: IP address, date and time, device type, browser, security logs and information needed to operate the service.

Payment-card data is processed directly by Mollie. VMCT SRL does not receive your full card number.

Why we use this data

We use this information to create and fulfil orders, arrange deliveries and collections, calculate prices, process payments, answer requests, manage administration and accounting, secure our services and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of a contract, steps taken at your request, legal obligations, our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, or your consent where required.

Recipients and providers

Data is available only to staff who need it and to essential providers: hosting, Mollie payments, email delivery, Google Maps mapping and address entry, accounting and IT support.

These providers may use the data only to deliver the requested services and under their contractual and legal obligations.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website uses technical elements needed to operate and may use Google Tag Manager to manage audience-measurement tools. Applicable preferences depend on consent requested on the website and your browser settings.

Google Maps may store or read information when its maps or address-autocomplete features are used.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed for the order and customer relationship, then for the accounting, tax and legal retention periods. Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Technical and security logs are retained for a period proportionate to their purpose.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and request portability where provided by law.

You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
