Delete my Vigna Container account
You can request deletion of your account used in the Vigna Container mobile app and the personal data associated with it.
How to submit your request
- Send the request from the email address linked to your Vigna Container account.
- Include your name, telephone number and the account email address to be deleted.
- Our team may request limited verification to prevent deletion of another person’s account.
- After verification, the account and data that do not have to be retained by law will be deleted.
Data that may be retained
Certain information relating to orders, invoices, payments or accounting and tax obligations may have to be retained for the period required by law. It will no longer be used to operate your account.
Processing the request
We will confirm that your request is being handled. Deletion will be completed as soon as possible and, except in special circumstances, within the applicable legal time limit.
Never send your password, bank details or a full copy of your identity card by email.
